This upcoming project from the star and her musician boyfriend, Maxx Morando, draws inspiration from Pink Floyd’s iconic 1979 album, The Wall. Together, they are creating a visual record that is sure to be a one-of-a-kind experience for their fans.
In a caption, she quoted Harper’s Bazaar, writing: “One of the biggest inspirations for @mileycyrus’s upcoming album? ‘The Wall’ by Pink Floyd. “I have this heart-first attachment to it,” she tells Bazaar for our Art issue. “My idea was making ‘The Wall,’ but with a better wardrobe and more glamorous and filled with pop culture.” For our December/January cover story, the singer opens up about her new music and her latest influences, from a Nicolas Cage horror flick to her family and more.”
