She lifted weights while wearing a charcoal grey bra, revealing her rippling abs and letting her jet black hair fall in loose curls from a high ponytail.
On Instagram, Nicole captioned the video: “Peaches and apricots!” – which some fans loved, while others deemed inappropriate.

Earlier this month, Nicole Scherzinger showed off her toned figure in a patterned bikini while relaxing on a boat with Thom Evans and friends.
